After an extraordinary and successful week in Aachen with his horses, Steve stayed a little behind the expectations in the very heavy Rolex Grand Prix, counting for the Grand Slam. Even if the weather conditions cannot be blamed for, the sky on Wednesday at the Grand Prix of Europe as well as in the Rolex Grand Prix yesterday always showed its nasty side exactly at the worst time for Steve and Bianca.
While in the GP on Wednesday resulted a slight time fault, probably due to the slightly slippery condition of the ground, yesterday Steve had to start in the Grand Prix under a stormy rain, but showed a good round, unfortunately with two faults, which is rather unusual for this otherwise impressive couple.

After the great start in the Grand Prix of Europe, the fantastic double clear rounds on Thursday in the Nations Cup, which brought the team of Switzerland with Steve and Hannah on the second place, and another second place in the "small Grand Prix" on Saturday with Ulysse des Forêts, Steve consoled himself on this gloomy Sunday afternoon with the joy of the fabulous victory of his very good friend Gregory Wathelet in the Rolex Grand Prix.
