Apart from the GP on Sunday, where Steve and IS-Minka did not show their best side (3 faults), the weekend in the Rhineland was a very good return to competition for Steve after his meniscus operation.
Great rounds with Lancelotta, one of Steve's new horses.
Looping Luna was also great in the Grand Prix on Saturday evening and finished fourth after a crazy jump-off.
IS-Minka placed 9th in the big class on Thursday.
The Swiss Trophy awards ceremony for the best performances of the past year also took place as part of this wonderful CSI and our favorite champion struck twice: Steve Rider of the Year and Dynamix de Belhême Horse of the Year, simply brilliant!
Next stop is next weekend in Leipzig.
