This weekend marked another stage of the Rolex Series at the magnificent Dublin Horse Show.
Unfortunately, Steve encountered two frustrating faults in the challenging Grand Prix, where he had relied on Albführen’s Iashin Sitte for the occasion. The learning process for the beautiful chestnut continues, and the promise of a bright future is certainly there.
Earlier, Steve had brilliantly won the chase with his small stallion, Easy Star de Talma, once again fast and spectacular—a true delight!
While Lusso GIH Z delivered strong performances in the Youngsters category, Venard de Cerisy did not meet his rider's expectations this time, making 4 and 8 faults in the Nations Cup.
This slight dip in performance under the Irish sun, rare enough to be noted, can easily be forgiven.
